Cancellation & Return Policy

At Scentverse, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing only 100% authentic perfumes and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our policies on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

      Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our Customer Care team at:

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days.
    ⛔ Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.



    Returns

    We are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and for that reason, we do accept returns in rare situations such as products damaged during transit or circumstances affecting the product that are beyond the customer’s control.

    Returns are applicable only if a wrong product has been delivered. Please note, we are not liable for any manufacturing defects by the brand (such as a non-working atomiser, broken design parts, etc.), as these are solely the responsibility of the brand. However, in such cases we do forward your complaint to the respective brand, and resolution is entirely at their discretion on a case-by-case basis. Opened, used, or tampered items will not be accepted. Miniatures, vials, testers, discovery sets, and deodorants are non-returnable due to hygiene and sourcing constraints.

    For a wrong product return, all packaging and accompanying materials must be intact for us to process a refund. Refunds are initiated within 2–4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned order. Acceptance of a return will depend on the condition in which we receive the product, and we reserve the right to reject any request if it does not meet our set standards.

    In case of damaged products, the concern must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via call or email to our customer support (including Sundays).

    Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email/whatsapp. 

    Delivery 

    We know that you are eagerly for your order, but it will take 12-24 hours to dispatch your order, and 2-4 business days for your order to reach you depending on your pin code serviceability. We try to ensure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible and will keep you notified via email and text. In an unforeseen circumstance of a delayed delivery, we will inform you about the same via email and text. In case the customer has paid for Express delivery and the shipment reaches you after 4 business days, then the 99 INR paid will be refunded post delivery.
